I rely on an integrated blend of evidence-based coaching tools and techniques that I adapt accordingly to the topics you bring. This might be considering how the system within which you operate affects you and any transformation required; it could be as specific as identifying and challenging limiting beliefs which affect your ability to operate confidently; and/or developing practical tools and techniques to improve your effectiveness. Our focus will always be on what best enables the outcomes you seek.
We will take time at the outset to discuss and define your goals, then work through the options with a view to you achieving successful outcomes. My questions and observations will enable you to reflect and view your world with fresh insight and perspective; something that you might not otherwise have the time or space to consider.
Having partnered at the beginning of our relationship around how we work together, for example number and length of sessions, and agreeing your goals, we’ll continue to check back throughout the coaching relationship to make sure we have a shared understanding and are working in the most advantageous way for you.
Above all I am here to listen, to ask insightful questions, and to safely challenge assumptions, all in a confidential environment that can often be difficult to find elsewhere, and all in service of you achieving your goals.
